The Exigo Olympic Military Press Bench is suitable for military shoulder lifts (behind neck) or shoulder presses (to front) and features dual bar catchers for both exercises. The Military Press incorporates an adjustable seat and footplates for a spotter. Finished with durable upholstery to provide maximum comfort and protection while you train.
